During July 2016, he made purchase of Rs. 150000 and paid on due date (10 Aug 2016) Rs. 120000 being a part of the outstanding amount of Rs. 150000. On 11 Aug 2016, he made additional purchase of Rs. 70000. Rate of interest charged by bank is 2 % per month.
